Human neurons are very difficult to isolate and do not propagate well in culture. We have developed methodology to isolate primary human neurons. These are not derived from stem cell lines, rather are primary human cells. Above photos (L to Rt) 2 days after isolation, 5 days after, and IHC for MAP2 neuron marker.
